This show was never on my radar and all descriptions I’d read of it made it seem pretty meh. When Crunchyroll picked it up they ended their summary with, “It may not be a fairytale but it will be a tale to remember nonetheless,” I immediately got it into my head that this was going to be some super downer School Days, Myself;Yourself, Footprints in the Sand style of show and got very excited. Well, I checked out the first episode and it turns out I was completely off the mark but it ended up being way better than I ever could have hoped.
